Child Safety Standards

How Bzz Stays and the Kullvi Messenger app protect children and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our wider rules are in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 28-Oct-2026

1. Zero tolerance

Bzz Stays has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexual exploitation or sexualisation of minors, or the grooming of minors, anywhere on Bzz Stays or in the Kullvi Messenger app, including posts, comments, photos, videos, profiles, listings, group chats and direct messages.

2. What is prohibited

  • Any sexual, nude or sexually suggestive image, video or text involving a person under 18, whether real, edited or generated.
  • Grooming: contacting, befriending or pressuring a minor to obtain sexual content, a sexual conversation, or a meeting for sexual purposes.
  • Asking a minor for, or sending a minor, sexual content; sextortion or blackmail of a minor.
  • Sharing, selling, requesting or linking to CSAM, or telling others where to find it.
  • Trafficking, or advertising a minor for sexual services or any form of exploitation.
  • Using Bzz Stays to organise, encourage or normalise any of the above.

3. How to report

  • On the website: use the flag control on a post, comment, listing or profile, or Report on a profile.
  • In the Kullvi Messenger app: open the profile or the message and choose Report. You can also block the person at the same time.
  • By email: write to hsakapandit@gmail.com with the person's username or mobile number and what happened.
  • By phone or WhatsApp: +91 74400 88000.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first (in India, dial 112). You can also report online child sexual abuse material to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.

4. How we respond

  • Reports are reviewed by Kullvi staff. Reports that involve a child are treated as the highest priority.
  • Content that breaks these standards is removed and the account that posted it is suspended, and permanently removed for serious or repeated breaches. A suspended account cannot sign in.
  • We keep the report and may preserve the relevant content and account records, so that they are available to the authorities.
  • We report CSAE and CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in India and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we cooperate with law enforcement requests made under the law.
  • When a member blocks someone, the block takes effect immediately: the person cannot contact them and their content is removed from the member's feed, and our moderation team is alerted to review it.
  • Photos uploaded to the community feed and profile photos can be blurred by automated or staff moderation.

6. Prevention and what we can see

  • Members you have not connected with cannot message you until you accept their friend request. The one exception is a paid Direct Message, which sends a single message before the request is accepted. You can block or report anyone at any time.
  • Text in eligible one-to-one Messages and Kullvi Messenger chats is end-to-end encrypted with keys held on the users' devices, so we cannot read it. We do not scan private encrypted text, so for those messages we rely on users reporting them. A report of an encrypted message includes the text as it appeared on the reporter's phone, which we cannot verify ourselves.
  • Chat messages are permanently deleted from our systems after 7 days, or at the end of a shorter or longer timer (24 hours to 30 days) that their sender chose.
  • Posts and other public content are checked automatically before they are published and can be reported by any member.
  • We do not currently use hash-matching or other automated scanning for known CSAM. We say this plainly so that no one relies on a protection that does not exist.
  • You can delete your account, or ask us to, at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Age requirement

Bzz Stays and the Kullvi Messenger app are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we will remove it. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 is using Bzz Stays can contact us using the details below.

7. Child safety contact

The designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including reports from users, parents and guardians, and requests from authorities, is the Kullvi support team at Kullvi Products & Services Private Limited.
